By using PulsVy you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The service

PulsVy is a private, invite-only dashboard that displays your own Google Health and Fitbit data and produces wellness estimates, forecasts and AI-generated summaries.

2. Not medical advice

All content, including biological age, readiness, forecasts and AI coaching, is for general wellness information only. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified health professional about medical concerns.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure.
• You may only connect a Google account and health data that belong to you.

4. Google services

Connecting Google Health is optional and requires your consent. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms. PulsVy is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Google LLC. Google, Google Health and Fitbit are trademarks of Google LLC.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with its operation.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue it at any time, and may update these terms by changing the date above.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decisions made or outcomes based on information shown in the app.

8. Ending use

You can stop using the app and disconnect Google Health at any time from Settings.
