Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 31, 2026
PulsVy ("we", "the app") is a personal health dashboard that lets you view your own Google Health and Fitbit data. This policy explains what data the app accesses, how it is used, and the choices you have.
1. Data we access
- Account data: your email address and basic profile used to sign in.
- Google Health / Fitbit data (only with your explicit consent via Google sign-in): activity (steps, zone minutes, calories, workouts), heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep sessions and stages, breathing rate, blood oxygen (SpO₂), skin temperature and related wellness measurements.
- Data you enter: birth date, sex, and manual readings such as blood pressure.
2. How we use your data
- To display your health data in charts, trends and forecasts within your dashboard.
- To calculate wellness estimates such as readiness and biological age.
- To generate personalised AI summaries and coaching that only you can see.
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
3. Google API Services User Data Policy — Limited Use
PulsVy's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- Google user data is used only to provide and improve user-facing features of this dashboard.
- Google user data is not transferred to others except as necessary to provide those features, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you.
- Google user data is not used or transferred for serving ads, including retargeting or personalised advertising.
- Google user data is not sold, and is not used to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
- No human reads your Google user data unless you give explicit consent, it is needed for security purposes, to comply with law, or it is aggregated and anonymised for internal operations.
- Google user data is not used to train generalised AI or machine learning models.
4. Sharing and service providers
Your data is stored with our hosting and database provider. To generate AI summaries, relevant health metrics are sent to an AI model provider solely to produce your personal readout; it is not used to train their models. We do not share your data with any other third party.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored in a database protected by per-user access rules, so only your signed-in account can read your records. Google access tokens are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser.
6. Your choices and deletion
- You can disconnect Google Health at any time from Settings, which stops all further data access.
- You can also revoke access from your Google Account permissions page.
- You can ask for your account and all stored data to be deleted at any time.
7. Not medical advice
PulsVy provides wellness estimates only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any condition.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. Questions or deletion requests can be sent to the app owner via h.champike.se. See also our Terms of Service.
