# PulsVy > PulsVy turns the data in Google Health into sleep, recovery, training load and longevity insight — including an evidence-based biological age estimate and a 10-year outlook — for any wearable that syncs to Google Health. PulsVy connects to Google Health with read-only OAuth and works with any device that writes to it (Fitbit, Pixel Watch and other Google Health-connected wearables, plus manually logged blood pressure cuff readings). It provides sleep architecture (deep, REM, consistency), an HRV-guided readiness score built on rolling 30-day ln(RMSSD) and resting heart rate baselines, acute-to-chronic workload ratio (ACWR), cardiovascular load and blood pressure trends, and a biological age model that converts published all-cause mortality hazard ratios into years with the Gompertz law. A what-if simulator shows how changing habits bends the 10-year trajectory, and weekly AI readouts suggest training or rest plans. PulsVy is a wellness tool, not a medical device. ## Pages - [Home](https://pulsvy.com/): Features, methodology and how PulsVy works with Google Health. - [Fitbit web dashboard](https://pulsvy.com/fitbit-web-dashboard): A desktop dashboard for Fitbit and Pixel Watch data after Google closed the Fitbit web dashboard. - [Biological age calculator](https://pulsvy.com/biological-age-calculator): Free calculator from resting heart rate, sleep, steps, activity and blood pressure. - [Methodology](https://pulsvy.com/methodology): Every biological age marker, the hazard ratio used and its study. - [MCP server](https://pulsvy.com/mcp): OAuth-protected Model Context Protocol server so AI assistants can read your own PulsVy health data. - [Privacy Policy](https://pulsvy.com/privacy): How Google Health data is accessed, stored and deleted. - [Terms of Service](https://pulsvy.com/terms): Terms of use and medical disclaimer.
